APPEARANCES
I've been doing Public Address announcing for various sporting events at Guerin Prep like boys and girls soccer and basketball since the fall of 2008. I love every minute of it, and I hope that everyone there enjoys how I go about it. I've gotten plenty of positive feedback from people attending the games, and it means a lot. I try to make it fun for everyone. I take a lot of cues from all the games I've attended in my life from being a kid at Chicago Stadium for Chicago Sting games and listening to Nancy Faust play the organ and Wayne Messmer doing the announcing to what I hear at Wolves games. I throw my own twists in there when they pop in my head. I have to thank Courtney Mahoney from the Chicago Wolves for the many times she's answered my song questions when I've heard something I liked at a Wolves game but had no clue as to the name of it. It's all about being ready because there are times when there is the perfect song or announcement is needed, and you have to hit it just right. With those influences and the hamsters working really hard in my head, I feel confident I get it right most of the time. It's a great time, and I'm glad to be part of the show.

I enjoyed doing Public Address work for Chicago Mustangs semi-pro football @ Morton West High School this summer. Thanks to the Mustangs organization, especially Eddie Chapp, for the opportunity.
